cramped roominadequate soundproofing

The room felt quite cramped for two people. i also found the soundproofing to be inadequate. Noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms was easily audible. this made it hard to relax and sleep soundly at times. i wished there was more attention to these details.

the location was excellent , right next to the metro station. i could quickly access different parts of the city. the staff were helpful and readily available to assist with directions and information.

my room felt quite small , especially with luggage. the limited space was good. breakfast was not within the hotel premises , it was a short walk down the street.

The location near the MRT station was very convenient. The staff were friendly and happy to assist. The swimming pool was lovely and the room was very clean.

The room I booked was really small for two people. The air conditioning was difficult to adjust and remained very cold. Loud music from a nearby hotel disturbed sleep two nights.
